As our daughters approach puberty and menarche, they deserve a space that honors their journey - one which will instill a sense of self-love and worthiness that empowers them to advocate for their health and well-being throughout their lifespan.

Our teens are the flag-bearers of a period positive, cycle savvy generation! This circle empowers them with info about how to maximize their menstrual health, including tracking their monthly rhythm, menstrual care items, and birth control options.

For families ready to cultivate a period-positive family culture, Period of Change offers workshops, resources, and tools to promote confidence, and create shared language to help ensure that menstruation is respected, supported, and normalized.

Collaborative partnership is offered to schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to bring Period of Change to a wider audience. Whether you're seeking menstrual education, parent workshops, or professional training, programming can be tailored to meet your group’s needs.

Raising a child through puberty is a sacred task, and for many of us, it brings up echoes of our own first period: our own questions, our own silence. My work supports parents in tending both: the needs of the growing child and the healing of the inner parent.

Through coaching, workshops, and resources, I offer support that is both practical and deeply compassionate.

Whether you're looking for clear guidance, practical tools, or a safe space to reflect and grow, you’ll find resources here to help you navigate this powerful season with intention, confidence, and care. You are not alone on this path—and you don’t have to figure it out as you go.

This is a place to learn, to unlearn, and to connect—so that the story your child receives is one of self-love, wisdom, and wholeness.

This workshop is a welcoming and practical invitation for families who are ready to raise the next generation without shame, secrecy, or misinformation. Whether you're just beginning to talk about puberty with your child, or your daughter has already begun to cycle, this experience will give you the tools, confidence, and shared language to create a family culture where menstruation is respected, supported, and normalized.

Rooted in the values of Period of Change, this workshop is for mothers, fathers, and caregivers of all genders, who want to:

  • Understand the menstrual cycle as a natural and powerful rhythm—not a problem to be fixed

  • Learn how to talk about periods with clarity, confidence, and compassion

  • Unpack the cultural conditioning that keeps us silent—and begin to change the story

  • Create a home environment where girls feel supported, and boys grow up as respectful allies

  • Reclaim menstruation as a source of wisdom, not shame

All Period of Change events fill quickly—most within minutes. When you’re on the email list, you’ll be the first to hear about new offerings, get priority access to enrollment, and stay in the loop with upcoming workshops, online resources, and updates.
