PERIOD OF CHANGE ENROLLMENT STARTS HERE!

Please take a moment to review the cancellation and attendance policies before proceeding to enrollment.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Your enrollment reserves one of a very limited number of spots. Because of the preparation involved in each circle, the following policies help protect the integrity of the gathering.

REFUNDS

  • 50% refund is available if you withdraw 21 days or more before your scheduled gathering.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 21 days of the gathering.

  • If you are unable to attend for any reason within the 21-day window, your spot may be transferred to another parent–daughter pair (with my approval), but refunds are not offered.

RESCHEDULING

  • Because circles often sell out, rescheduling to a future cohort is not guaranteed. If space allows, you may request a transfer; otherwise, the above refund policy applies.

ILLNESS

  • If you or your daughter are ill on the day of the gathering, you may request to join a future circle if space is available. This is a courtesy accommodation and cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION BY AMY

  • In the unlikely event that I must cancel a gathering, you may choose:
    • a full refund, or
transfer into a future circle at no additional cost.

ATTENDANCE POLICY FOR MULTI-DAY / MULTI-WEEK CIRCLES

The Period of Change curriculum is intentionally designed as a progressive journey: each gathering builds on the last, and your circle becomes a small community of girls and mothers growing together.

For this reason:

If you are enrolling in a circle that meets for more than one day or week, you must be able to attend all scheduled gatherings.

This ensures that:

  • your daughter/child receives the full sequence of teachings and experiences,

  • the group can grow together with shared understanding,

  • and the circle maintains the trust, safety, and continuity needed for deep learning.

  • Because of this structure, make-up sessions are not available, and partial attendance cannot be prorated or refunded.

A NOTE ON LANGUAGE

Throughout this page and in all Period of Change materials, I use the terms mother and caregiver, and daughter and child, interchangeably. Families come in many beautiful forms, and these gatherings are created to honor them all. Every event is open to—and welcoming of—all AFAB caregivers and all AFAB children, including nonbinary and gender-expansive youth.

No matter your family structure, identity, or lived experience, you and your child are invited, seen, and celebrated here.
