Our world moves fast. Between school, work, and the constant hum of daily life, it’s easy to miss the quiet, sacred transitions unfolding right in front of us. Period of Change retreats are an invitation to pause . . . to step away from the noise and share an unforgettable weekend of connection, learning, and celebration with your daughter.
As mothers, we know how quickly these years pass. One moment they’re learning to walk; the next, they’re standing at the threshold of young womanhood. These retreats create space for the conversations, laughter, and learning that so often get lost in the rush of everyday life. It’s a chance to slow time for a weekend and to share an experience you will both carry with you for years to come.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each retreat weaves together education, creativity, rest, and ceremony in a space designed to help you slow down and truly see one another. Over the course of a weekend, we’ll explore:
Body Literacy: Understanding anatomy, hormones, and menstrual health in age-appropriate, empowering ways.
Emotional Awareness: Learning to recognize and normalize the shifts that come with growing up and having a cyclical body.
Cycle Wisdom & Self-Care: Menstrual care products, and practices that support well-being through every season of life.
Ceremony & Celebration: A beautiful, inclusive rite of passage that honors each girl’s transition into young womanhood.
You’ll also have time for rest, movement, and shared reflection. No rushing, no schedule packed to the minute . . . just space to connect, learn, and breathe, together.

The Particulars
Mothers/caregivers and their daughters/menstruators age 10-12 are invited to join.
Retreats run Saturday morning through Monday midday
We will gather in a spacious, well-appointed retreat house in the Louisville area.
Each retreat welcomes 5–7 mother–daughter pairs for an intimate and supportive experience.
Investment:
$999 per mother-daughter pair if paid in full by January 30th, 2026;
$1150 thereafter
Your may reserve your space with a deposit of $100, with full payment due by May 1st, 2025.

Whether you want to create a private circle for your daughter and her closest friends, or collaborate with a small group of mothers in your area, I’ll work alongside you to bring the same magic, depth, and learning that Louisville families have cherished for years.
You’ll receive the full experience — including all materials, activities, and the culminating Rite of Passage Ceremony for girls ages 10–12 — with none of the stress of planning or coordination.
